AI Employee Role
Order Data Entry
Orders arrive via email or a portal. They need to go into your ERP or inventory system. That's the job—extract, validate, enter.
The Reality
Someone is copy-pasting orders into your system right now
Every order email means: open attachment, find the details, switch to your system, enter each field, double-check for typos. Multiply by 20–50 orders per day.
What This Role Does
Extraction, validation, entry—handled
Your AI Employee monitors the inbox or portal, extracts order details (customer, items, quantities, dates), validates against your catalog, and enters into your system. You review exceptions only.
Example: E-commerce Order Entry
New order email arrives in orders@yourcompany.com
Customer name, address, items, quantities, payment status
Check SKUs exist, quantities are in stock, required fields present
Create order in ERP system with all details
Route to you if SKU not found or quantity exceeds stock
